Looking to strike early at Royal Randwick on Saturday with a Heavy 10 track that could deteriorate quickly as the day progresses.

We head to the TAB Highway Handicap (1200m), with the exciting Matthew Dale-trained mare So You Pence.

The lightly raced five-year-old daughter of So You Think is building an imposing winning record and is chasing her fourth win from six starts. 

After spacing her rivals by big margins at Goulburn and Wagga Wagga at her last two outings over this trip, she has earned her chance  in town and is on an upward spiral.

Ashley Morgan has a good association with the mare after giving us a glimpse of her explosive turn of foot when defeating a handy field from a wide gate at Wagga Wagga in fast time on May 2.

From the inside gate at Randwick tomorrow, expect to see Morgan park her just off the speed and give her every chance to get through the conditions as the firm $2.40 favourite.

Our next best comes up in the Chalouhi Benchmark 72 Handicap (1600m), with the Chris Waller-trained three-year-old colt Duvana.

This imposing son of Dundeel could be heading north to chase some winter riches and black type races.

Third up tomorrow, Duvana caught the eye late at his second run back over the mile when an unlucky third to Enter The Dragon on the tight Gosford track.

Duvana will appreciate the Randwick track and will excel in the heavy going after demolishing his rivals last September whilst breaking his maiden status at Goulburn, on a heavy track.

The $9.00 on offer looks excellent each way value.
