Last year's winner Satono Reve would have chosen this race and the attempt to defend his title.  Change of jockey this year as Lemaire comes in to replace Moreira who rode him last year.  4.2 is probably a generous quote, as the horse he defeated last year Namura Clair is on top in the market on 3.7 and this is his fourth try at the race after three second placings.

The "new kid on the block" Panja Tower deserves respect having run 5th in the Golden Eagle in Australia and 5th in Riyadh so obviously travels well although not so far to get to Nagoya!  He's on 5.6.  Mama Cocha was third last year and is on 12.6 and Win Carnelian another possibility on 18.4 having chosen to come here rather than Dubai where he was second in the Al Quoz last year.
