Romantic Warrior's 10th G1

He looked beautiful in the parade and ran accordingly in the Hong Kong Gold Cup at Sha Tin.

So Romantic Warrior has now ticked off the second leg of the Triple Crown and Danny Shum says he may run in the QEII before heading to the final leg of the Triple Crown, the Champions and Chater.  Connections of course were all smile as the bank balance grows and if he wins the Champions and Chater there's an extra million bonus there.  Danny Shum hasn't ruled out another trip to the Saudi Cup but that's next year.

Ensued ran a much better race this time in second – we have been patiently waiting for him to do it but did not expect his to outrun Voyage Bubble, who shall we just say had an "off" day.

The 4yos saw an upset when Stormy Grove, a Toronado colt, won the Classic Cup for Lor-Bentley on 22.0, with Invincible Ibis 10.0 running well for second and our roughie Patch of  Cosmo third.
