Winning Trainer: Phillip Stokes

Long time between wins: "It's all about timing, she won the Danehill two years and three weeks ago, I'm really happy for the ownership group. It's been a frustrating ride, running so well in big group ones but not winning.

"Thanks to my racing manager, Nick Pinkerton. After her last run, I said, let's just tip her out; she's going terrible, he said run her."

On the win: "She's a funny horse. She just needs tempo, ride her quiet, get her to the outside, and it just worked out today. She got in well at the weights, rapt for Lachie too, he's riding very well for us."

"We just trained from the farm too. We just changed things around and it's obviously worked, and the race shape worked out beautifully today, it was good."

"Down the straight the other day; she drew barrier one, so we elected to go back, and we had to go all the way back and then get her to the outside, and probably the race had been run. The horse that won that race is now in the Everest, so it might have been a strong race. And then, two starts ago back here, she ran really well, so we just replicated that and got one better."

Champions Sprint? "Not sure if we're there, but hopefully we can try and find another race for her and keep it rolling."

Winning Jockey: Lachlan Neindorf

Broke through: "I was getting worried I didn't have the keys to her, I haven't been able to win on her, it's been a while. Phil's just a master, he said to me this morning 'I've got a feeling she'll win today' and I don't think many of us believed in her because it's been a while but she's rocked up and she's done what she's done best and got over the top of them."

"She gives you a magnificent feeling when she lets go, even in trackwork. She's a Group One mare, there's no doubt about it, it's just unfortunate that she's taken that long to get another win but hopefully we can get it back there now."
