We're back at Eagle Farm this Saturday for the running of the $700,000 Group 1 Tattersall's Tiara with two supporting Group 3's and three Listed contests propping up the card. 

With over $2 million in prize money on offer on the day, connections have come from far and wide to try and get a lion's share of the spoils.

Our best of the day lands in the $160,000 Listed Tattersall's Stakes in the form of Victorian raider Brave Design out of the Danny O'Brien yard.

This son of Brave Smash has raced exclusively at Group and Listed level since his debut and broke the maiden status in impressive fashion in the Listed Oxlade Stakes around this circuit last time out. 

Maps perfectly for winning hoop Jordan Childs from gate two and will be high on confidence following that last-start victory at this same grade. Meets a few of the similar combatants from a fortnight ago and should be going very close again.

Our value play comes up in the $160,000 Listed Tattersall's Mile with us siding with Rising Pacific prepared by the formidable Tony Gollan. 

Loves this track and trip only missing a drum once in seven attempts and grows a leg for rider Andrew Mallyon who has three wins from four steers. 

Drawn more favourably here than some of his main rivals and at around the $8 quote looks a reliable 1W x 3P type investment.
