He was too good for a similar field last start, but it was a small field, he drew barrier one and had all the favours. Now he goes to the mile, draws the carpark and meets the runner-up 1.5kg worse at the weights. Happy to oppose at even-money.

Eagle Farm: Race 8; #1 Deep Focus Down Arrow

Happy to risk this runner in single figures, coming back from a short break after getting out in trip to contest the QLD Derby. He has good form at shorter distances from last prep, but I just expect others that are fitter to be a little sharper and are better positioned to win this race than what he is.

HARNESS

Albion Park: Race 8; #3 Boston Bronski Down Arrow

Boston Bronski seems to racing out of form currently and barrier 3 might be no help at all.
