The championship brings together two leading drivers from each state to compete in a series of heats, with drives drawn at random.

Since its inception in 2014, WA has enjoyed strong results, including two national titles for Gary Hall Jnr in 2019 and 2024.

Shannon Suvaljko will wear WA's black and gold colours for the third time, proud to once again compete on the national stage.

"It's a great honour to represent Western Australia against the best around Australia. To meet more owners, trainers and drivers is a privilege," Suvaljko said.

Deni Roberts returns for her second consecutive year, following a third-place finish in Adelaide last year.

"I'm very proud to be representing my state for the second year in a row. I had a great time last year driving against the best in our country and I hope to go a few better this year," Roberts said.

With WA's proven record and two experienced drivers in the mix, the state will be aiming for another strong showing in Hobart.

The one-day series is set for daytime, Sunday December 21 and will comprise of a minimum of six heats on the day.

Further details on the series to emerge in the coming weeks.
