纽黑文公园马场（Newhaven Park）宣布了2022年该马场内三匹种公马的配种费用，其中配种费最高的是「奢侈」，为2.75万澳元（包含消费税在内）。它将与「冰爽啤酒」和「一哥」一同育种，「冰爽啤酒」和「一哥」的配种费用均为1.815万澳元（包含消费税在内）。

「奢侈」的首批子嗣目前已经三岁，它育种下的赛驹中以两匹锦标赛冠军赛驹最为出色，即「奢华女孩」和「非凡伙计」。而它育种下、由驯马师托尼·麦克沃伊和卡尔文·麦克沃伊调教的一匹两岁小母马则在今年早些时候夺冠英格利斯千禧大赛（1100米）。「奢侈」去年共与49匹母马进行了配种，去年它的配种费为1.1万澳元（包含消费税在内）。

去年是「冰爽啤酒」的首个育种季，它共与114匹母马进行了配种。
