约翰·富特于今年的新西兰纯血马试跑拍卖会（New Zealand Bloodstock Ready-To-Run Sale）第二日代表香港客户买下一匹两岁小公马，该小公马被曾卖出考菲尔德冠军得主「蒙古可汗」的卖家描述为"一匹独领风骚的赛驹"。

这匹小公马由「巨富」育种，其母系为「赛布里娜」，它被富特花费62.5万新西兰元拍下，为该拍卖售价最高赛驹。

这匹小公马试跑用时10.31秒，由富豪马场（Regal Farm）提供，富豪农场负责人谢恩·克劳福德表示，这匹赛驹值得这样的高价。

"它是一匹非出色的赛驹，从我见它的第一天起，我上身策骑时，就知道它不一般，"克劳福德。

"它是匹短程马，强势有力，速度极快。"

富豪马场与顶级纯血马（Upper Bloodstock）曾在今年的黄金海岸国家周岁马拍卖中花费15.5万澳元买下这匹赛驹。
