Winning Trainer: Annabel and Rob Archibald (Kyle Ryan speaking)

An important win: "It's her first prep with us, so it's good to get that first Saturday win on the board for us."

What brought her back to Victoria: "Tracks really. She had been racing on firm decks up north, so get her down in the weights with Ryan's claim always helps and on the softer track as well."

Did track condition impact how she would be ridden: "She was always going to be positive with the speed horses coming out. She naturally landed there and one of the assets Ryan has is he is able to get horses out and rolling."

Winning Jockey: Ryan Houston

How did she get it done: "There were similar instructions from Annbel, bounce out, be positive, and find yourself wherever you but keep the horse in a good rhythm. I found ourselves sitting off a handy horse that was travelling up nicely and did our best to keep the horse happy and then keep a sustaining sprint. We're very happy."

Prepare for the ride?: "The main thing was to keep the horse nice and settled. Give her a run like Mark Zahra did when he won on her. That was the main plan, ride her like that, but just keep her nice and smooth and the horses did the rest for me."
