Victoria Mile at Tokyo Sunday

This G1 for f&m is always a great event.

This year there are some experienced and well-known ladies competing against some newcomers.  Currently favourite is the globe-trotting Ascoli Piceno who has won at G1 level and get Lemaire on board.  She's on 2.5 for her first run since winning the Riyadh Turf Sprint in late February.

Bond Girl is a very consistent runner and comes in on 6.1 with Take riding.  She's shown good form in recent racing and comes in as second favourite on 6.1.

There's not much between Stellenbosch, already a G1 winner and the ride of K Tosaki, and Argine who has a good finishing kick and seems to get into the top three every time without getting the top spot.  Damian Lane will be aboard on Sunday.  They are on 8.3 and 8.4 respectivvely.

Queen's Walk was a very good 2yo but somehow lost the plot as a 3yo but word is that she is getting back her good form and so she comes into this on 9.3.  We will probably wait and see with her.
