Owners Yulong announced the decision to switch Ohope Wins to Waller's Rosehill stables and aim her at the Vinery Stud Stakes and ATC Australian Oaks double during the Sydney autumn carnival.

Ohope Wins, who was formerly trained by Lance O'Sullivan and Andrew Scott,  had been odds on favourite for next week's New Zealand Derby after her outstanding Oaks win at Ellerslie last Saturday.

Autumn Glory, the Oaks runner-up, is also owned by Yulong and is the new Derby favourite.

"We were so thrilled with what she (Ohope Wins) achieved last Saturday and can't thank Lance, Andrew, their staff and Joe Doyle enough," said Yulong's chief operating officer Sam Fairgray told NZ media.

"The reality is her next big target has to be an Australian Group 1 and we have decided to get her into Chris Waller's care as early as we can to let her settle in to his stable.

"Then, all going well, she will be aimed at the Vinery and the Australian Oaks to give her two shots a Group 1 this autumn.''

TAB Fixed Odds price assessors immediately installed Ohope Wins as the $3 favourite for the Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m) at Rosehill Gardens on March 28 and the $2.50 favourite for the ATC Australian Oaks (2400m) at Royal Randwick on April 11.
