Fields are deep throughout the night, for the last meeting at the venue for three weeks.

The rail is +8m 1200m-W/Post; +7m Remainder, with a fine weather forecast.

R1 Ladbrokes Launceston Cup Wed 25th February Maiden, 1220m

Who's In Dev (14) resumes off a solid first prep where she placed at all three runs. She tuned up with a slick trial win at Longford and the quickest of the morning, looks ready to go fresh. RUSHONOVA (13) brought her strong trial form to the races with a solid debut effort. Maps to get a similar run and hard to beat. BAD ALIBI (12) went too quickly in the lead last start. Consistent this prep and close to breaking through. DENNYSON (5)  looked the pick of the debutants off its trial form with MCVEIGH (6) next best.

R2 Kevin Sharkie Tasmanian Oaks Night 20th February Maiden, 1420m

Sh'Bourne Rising (13) was a beaten favourite on the synthetic last start and never travelled at any stage. Must forgive. Prior form good enough to be competitive. COLLEEN'S CROWN (8) has drawn awkwardly but the rise in distance looks a plus. Both runs this prep have had merit. SEDITIOUS AWARD (12) is back in trip and had its chance last start at Hobart finishing just out of the placings but rock-solid again. ALPINE WHISKEY (1) was well tried first-up but didn't fire and now gets some gear changes. GENUINE LADY (9) was a big drifter in the betting first‑up and ran accordingly. Showed glimpses in her first prep and may improve second-up. NATALDI (14) was never in the hunt last start after getting too far back but the run prior was sound. Blinkers go on now. MONCLERE (4) wasn't far off them last week but has had plenty of chances and needs to lift.

R3 Fashions For Fillies Maiden/class 1, 1620m

Last Tremble (8) looks ready to find form now fourth run back and stepping out to a more suitable trip. WYNDINTHEWILLOWS (13) was strong late when resuming after settling a long way back. Extra ground suits and might be able to settle closer. THICKSKINNED (5) won a modest synthetic maiden two back and then worked home okay in stronger company. Shapes as though 1620m will suit. LADY BE COOL (14) is rock-hard fit and presents four weeks fresh, drops back in trip, blinkers go on for the first time. VORTISTAR (6) comes straight off a maiden win at 1400m but in a questionable form race. BELLSPROUT (1) fourth run in and is getting fitter, placed twice this distance range, blinkers get added.

R4 Art Hotel Bm60 Hcp, 1120m

Swinging It (9) was a good run resuming then wasn't suited second up over the 1000m from a wide draw, was run off her legs early, gets a far better set up here. STREET DIVA (1) resumes. Placed behind Silver Dagger first up last prep. Very good record this track. Drawn to advantage. GEEGEES LEGACY (6) tough on pace win 2 back then excuses last time. FIRST LINE (4) bounced back to winning form at Hobart off a 6 week freshen. Maps for a good run again. Launceston form slightly inferior though. GET 'EM WARRIOR (3) was close up this track and distance last time in same grade but wide gate here a clear challenge. NAZORIAN (11) next best, minor claims.

R5 Bws Class 2 Hcp, 1420m

Beneficiary (1) led and scored impressively on debut then was luckless second-up, made amends last week at a very short quote. Clearly the testing material again. OZONICA (2) struggled stepping up in grade and away from home for the first time last start. Has trialled okay here. Capable of bouncing back. COASTAL STRIKE (4) last run on the synthetic was forgivable. The 2 runs prior both had plenty of merit. Front runner who usually gives a good sight. BILLIE THE GREAT (6) is going well since joining the new stable, winning nicely when resuming and wasn't far away in stronger company second-up. Yet to prove herself at this trip but clearly in good form.

R6 Sydeston Cup, 2150m

Kaliuwaa Falls (2) a principal hope after another strong showing in the WFA Summer Cup and should be at peak fitness now. FAST THINKER (4) is an underrated, tough on‑pacemaker who was dominant winning the Longford Cup two runs ago. SPRING BEAN (6) may lack the genuine staying talent of some of his rivals but rider always gets the best out of him. JOHNNIE PINCH (11) is arguably in career‑best form, winning his past two in easier grade. Gets nice weight relief and may measure up, but this is a definite rise in class. NIGHT INVADER (8) is a class query and the least experienced runner in the field but has some real X factor about her. ASHY BOY (3) bounced back to form in the Devonport Cup, only narrowly beaten, that form reads well. DISTRUSTFUL AWARD (1) ran third in this race last year, but his lead‑up form then was stronger than what he brings in this time.

R7 Magic Millions Yearling Sales 23rd Feb Class 2 Hcp, 1220m

Wednesday's Boss (7) looked to have the race completely at his mercy first‑up but somehow got beaten. The run still reads well and clearly has returned in good order. AZONTO (2) raced below par last time in but has a good record here. Key chance if she can find her best form. OBVIOUSLY GOOD (4) enjoyed the run of the race second up and the win was quite dominant. Tougher here drawn the outside but has a case. SCARLETTI (5) resumes and won very well first up last campaign without any market expectation. MATERIAL MADAM (6) another one coming off a break and is also proven fresh. SIMPLY DEEP (3) has been struggling but capable on his day.

R8 Cup Eve Luncheon @ Country Club Tasmania Bm68 Hcp, 1420m

Coal River (3) has hardly put a foot wrong this prep and is holding his form well including a solid win over HARTMAN (4) two starts ago. Both proven at this track. Competitive race though. AGNETTE (5) just came up short last time. Excels this track and distance. DESIGNER DREAMER (7) gets blinkers back on third run back and should be ready. GEE GEE CAN WIN (6) has been good at all 3 runs this campaign and can't be left out.
