New sectional provider for Tasmanian thoroughbred racing
Tasracing wishes to advise that it has partnered with Vince Accardi and his team at Daily Sectionals as the official sectional timing provider for Tasmanian thoroughbred meetings from 1 January 2026.
Vince Accardi has been a respected name in Australian racing for over 30 years, with a particular emphasis on sectional times and associated form products.
Daily Sectionals are currently providing sectional times to other Australian racing jurisdictions, including Western Australia and Victoria.
The Daily Sectionals timing offering will include 200m splits, overall times and position in running information. Their sectional timing relies on race vision, which will ensure every horse that finishes a race has data captured.
In addition to sectional timing, rail stats, meeting reviews, and selected race previews will be provided. It is anticipated that pre-meeting analysis will be available within 24-48 hours of the first race, with post-race analysis within a similar timeframe.
Tasracing would like to acknowledge the contribution of its current sectional provider, StrideMASTER, to racing in the state through a partnership spanning over a decade.
Daily Sectionals data will be provided to Tasracing customers at the bottom of the meeting race card on form.tasracing.com.au.
