Pakenham: Race 8; #2 Houdini Down Arrow

Houdini was given an inch perfect steer by Ethan Brown to win last start. Now from gate one things appear trickier and for that reason I'll be against at the price.

GREYHOUNDS

Geelong: Race 1; #4 Believe Again Down Arrow

Another week and another appearance in the Lay column for Believe Again. He keeps going around at short odds due to the placings and times that he runs, but he doesn't want to win. I'm going to be wrong one of these weeks if there's a blanket finish and he gets his head down at the wrong time, but happy to continue to Lay.

Geelong: Race 6; #4 Mother Georgia Down Arrow

Mother Georgia was disappointing at Ballarat two days ago and is on the quick back up here which I see as a negative in a race where she could get crossed by Hard Row early. Add in Paw Ortiz who is drawn well and the highly promising Blue Storm for the Ennis camp and there's enough quality here to get Mother Georgia beaten.

Geelong: Race 11; #1 Whispered Down Arrow

Whispered drops back in distance here on recent starts. Box 1 is not a bad thing for her but there's enough pressure to her outside that I'm willing to take her on and hope Carol Rain, Lamia Wheeze, Jill's Juliette and Quest For Angel can drive her mad in the first 100 metres.
