卡明斯看好「阿纳莫」今日斩获一级赛首胜

育马锦标赛是一场途程1400米的一级赛，将于当地时间今日下午两点半在悉尼的兰德威克赛马场举行。参与该赛角逐的赛驹共有10匹，出自高多芬马房的两岁公马「阿纳莫」 是夺冠的大热门。

练马师詹姆斯·卡明斯认为，「阿纳莫」在两场两岁马一级赛中虽然表现出色但与冠军失之交臂后，现在是时候取得突破了。

2月20日在墨尔本的考菲尔德赛马场举行的蓝钻石锦标赛（1200米，一级赛）中，「阿纳莫」获得了季军。3月27日在悉尼的罗斯希尔赛马场举行的金拖鞋锦标赛（1200米，一级赛）中，它获得了亚军。

在蓝钻石锦标赛和金拖鞋锦标赛之间的一场赛事——途程1200米的二级赛托德曼锦标赛中，「阿纳莫」夺得了冠军，那是它出道至今的第二胜。去年11月，它还胜出过一场途程1000米的表列赛。

去年育马锦标赛的冠军为「王者事迹」，前年育马锦标赛的冠军为「麦克风」，它们都在参加育马锦标赛前先挑战了金拖鞋锦标赛，当中的后者和「阿纳莫」一样，也是获得了亚军。

今年列阵育马锦标赛的10匹赛驹中，有4匹参加了金拖鞋大赛，另外3匹分别是「四步在先」、「魅力」和「巫术皇后」。「四步在先」是金拖鞋锦标赛的第四名，是雌马中成绩最好的。
